Chainless Series

No feed chains – the hydraulically driven Hustler Chainless Bale Feeders do away completely with high maintenance feed chains. The rotors turn at different speeds but the same direction to help the teasing action. The curved bale platform, with its superior wear resistant UV stabilized polyethylene floor, supports the bale throughout the feeding process and even the hard centre ‘core’ in the big rounds can be broken down in the machine before being expelled.

Rounds and squares – These are the first truly genuine side feeders to feed out both round and square bales. Both models handle most types of rounds up to 4’ x 6’ diameter and squares up to 4’ x 6’ or up to 8’ long with optional extension bars.

Hay and silage – the Hustler Chainless Bale Feeders simply feed the bale, be it hay or silage, round or square, onto a set of rotors that work together at different speeds to tease out the hay or silage, usually no matter which way the bale has been rolled up.

Simple and safe – the Hustler Chainless Bale Feeders unique design, with the platform on one side and the dual teaser rotors on the other, affords superior bale stability. The platform control which is separate to the rotor control enables a huge range of bale types to be fed out.

Low maintenance – Good greasing access, no spanners or tools are required to grease all the necessary points, and the covers are easily removed via the tri-knobs.
