The HUSTLER 'Chainless 4000' bale feeder

A trailing type bale feeder, capable of loading, carrying and feeding out two square or round bales in one trip.

It has no feed chains, which reduces maintenance. The rotors turn at different speeds, but in the same direction to help generate the 'teasing' action.

The loading mechanism offers complete control of the bale from the ground right to the platform. 'TCLS' Totally Controlled Loading System - The ultimate in bale handling, impaling the bales to keep in total control. No sliding frames! No tumbling bales! A totally controlled movement placing the bale accurately onto the platform. Two high-tensile forged tines impale the bale, whether round or square. It also holds the bale securely when travelling over rough terrain.
